WHAT: In advance of the formal dedication of UNLV's new Student Recreation and Wellness Center (SRWC), members of the media are invited to attend a special tour of the state-of-the-art, 184,000 square-foot facility.

Located adjacent to Cox Pavilion off Tropicana Avenue and Swenson Street
DETAILS: The SRWC represents a new era in student life at UNLV. The facility offers technologically advanced exercise equipment and facilities; a host of recreation and fitness programs; a full-service Rebel Wellness Zone; two indoor pools; and an elevated, 200-meter elevated jogging track featuring breathtaking views of the Las Vegas Strip.
Membership to the SRWC is included in student fees for those enrolled in more than three credits. Clark County residents age 18 and over, UNLV faculty, staff and alumni are eligible to purchase a membership on an annual or per-semester basis.
