Mohammed K A Kaabar
Biography
Mohammed Kaabar is a visiting assistant professor of mathematics with research interests in fractional calculus, applied mathematics, computational modeling, math education, scientific computing, and deep learning.
Prior to joining UNLV in 2025, Kaabar gained teaching and research experience at various U.S. and international institutions, including the Samarkand International University of Technology. Named as one of the World’s Top 2% Scientists by Stanford University for three consecutive years, Kaabar's theorems and innovations have been widely applied in various fields of research in science and engineering.
Kaabar has served as an editor for over 25 academic journals, including the high-profile Frontiers and MDPI, and is emeritus editor of the American Mathematical Society blogs. He has been invited to provide several keynote speeches at multiple prestigious conferences around the globe.
Kaabar has been elected as a fellow of various societies and institutions, including the UK-based Institute of Mathematics and its Applications. He is also an approved foreign member of Harvard University's Science and Democracy Network.
