North Field, a patch of grass in the middle of campus, has been home to hundreds of student activities over the years. The Black Eyed Peas once performed there for Rebelpalooza. Student organizations have held fun fundraising events there. And UNLV's annual concert kickoff for the academic year — Premier UNLV — has offered great photo opportunities.
