Approximately 85 percent of graduates are Nevada residents. The National Athem is sung by William McCullough, tenor with the UNLV brass ensemble. Zane Douglass is the conductor. After a hooding ceremony, you can officially call her Rob Ulmer, Greenspun College of Urban Affairs dean, congratulates a new graduate.
