Tiffiany Howard (Political Science) is the author of the refereed policy report "Crowdfunding, Cryptocurrency, and Capital: Alternative Sources of Business Capital for Black Entrepreneurs." She is the Small Business and Entrepreneurship Senior Research Fellow for the Center for Policy Analysis and Research at the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation. This research is funded by the Bank of America.
