Seyhmus Baloglu (Hospitality) has published the eighth edition of Marketing for Hospitality and Tourism textbook, co-authored with Phillip Kotler and John Bowen.  Filled with industry examples, the book explores each marketing area for hospitality and travel and applies theoretical concepts to real-world examples and cases.
