Rei Serafica (Nursing) delivered a peer-reviewed podium presentation at the 36th Sigma International Nursing Research Congress held in Seattle, WA. His presentation, titled “Food Insecurity, Sodium-Restricted Diet Adherence, and Mental Health in Patients with Hypertension,” examined the intersection of food insecurity, dietary compliance, and mental health challenges among Filipino Americans in a primary care setting.
