Nadia Pomirleanu (Marketing and International Business), a sales/services researcher who actively engages in international collaborations, recently co-authored a study with her research partner Babu John-Mariadoss titled, "Salesperson self-esteem: Measure development and validation," published in the Journal of Business Research. The study highlights the development of a formative index, a measurement instrument which can help contribute to better well-being and self-esteem of sales professionals.
