Mohammad Sohail Akhter (Social and Behavioral Health) was awarded a Certificate of Appreciation for presenting innovative and cutting-edge research by the Oral Health Section of the American Public Health Association (APHA) at their annual meeting. The presentation titled, “Bibliometric analysis to assess global health research on Periodontal disease,” was authored in association with Jyoti Mago (Dental Medicine), Asma Awan, Mahsa Pashaeimeykola, and Manoj Sharma (all Social and Behavioral Health). Akhter, Awan, and Pashaeimeykola are graduate students.
