Leslie T. Snadowsky (Journalism and Media Studies) won the Public Relations Society of America’s (PRSA) first-place 2026 Silver Anvil Organizational Award for leading the “Best In-House Team - Associations/ Nonprofit Organizations” in the nation.
The PRSA Anvil Awards, on Thursday, May 14, at the Edison Ballroom in NYC, honored communications professionals, organizations, agencies, and brands from across the country, whose work was evaluated by a prestigious panel of communications leaders and experts.
Snadowsky received the Silver Anvil for her work as the Programming and Communications Director at Congregation Ner Tamid, the largest Reform Jewish Temple in Nevada. This national distinction, the “Oscars of the PR profession,” is widely regarded as the ultimate recognition of exceptional performance and is among the most prestigious national awards in the communications field.
Congregation Ner Tamid is the first Jewish Temple to win the Silver Anvil Organizational Award in the program’s 82-year history, and the Temple was the only Las Vegas-based entity to be recognized this year.
