This presentation highlights RN-RISE (Rebel Nursing Research, Innovation, and Scholarship for Excellence), a programmatic, capacity-building initiative that advances nursing scholarship through structured Path-to-Publication and Path-to-Funding workgroups. RN-RISE promotes inclusive collaboration, strengthens faculty development and doctoral mentorship, and supports community-responsive, practice-relevant research.
