Howard R. D. Gordon (Teaching and Learning) recently was invited to Utah State University as keynote speaker for the Department of Applied Sciences, Technology and Education in the College of Agriculture and Applied Sciences. His presentation, "Maximizing Response Rates in Surveys," was attended by doctoral students in career and technical education. His presentation emphasized behavioral theories relevant to increasing participation in digital surveys.
