Hikmet Loe's (Art) essay, "Composition/Decomposition: Great Salt Lake at the Crossroads" was recently published in the exhibition catalog Salt Lines: Exploring Climate, Environment, & the Saline Influx. Accompanying the eponymous exhibition held at Southern Utah Museum of Art (SUU) the essay provides an analysis of how two contemporary photographers (David Maisel, Alexandra Fuller) train their respective lenses on a regional lake in distress and decline.
