Members of the Division for Emotional and Behavioral Health, a Special Interest Division of the Council for Exceptional Children, recently elected Heather Baltodano-Van Ness (Early Childhood, Multicultural, and Special Education) into the presidential line of the Executive Committee. She will begin her four-year commitment serving as Vice President in the 2025-2026 academic year.
