Chia-Liang "Leo" Dai (Teaching and Learning), along with Ching-Ying Chen and Cheng-Liang Chang of University of Taipei, and Ziying Wang of University of Macau, published a manuscript, “Always Open, Seven-Eleven: Education Targeting Healthier Food Choices in a High Convenience Store Density Area in Taipei” in the International Journal of Child Health and Nutrition. The study's findings demonstrated the positive trajectory of the impact of this intervention on increasing food-and-nutrition-related knowledge and improving healthier diet choices at convenience stores among children. The profound effects of parent involvement in children's eating behaviors were also identified in this study.
