Cass Shum (Hospitality) was awarded the ICHRIE Faculty Collegial Award at the International Council on Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Education (ICHRIE) 2026 Global Conference. The award recognizes faculty commitment to fostering collegiality amongst peers. Shum was awarded for her service to the university, college, and academia related to curriculum design, teamwork, and mentorship.
