Benjamin Burroughs (Journalism and Media Studies) is the author of an article, "House of Netflix: Streaming Media and Digital Lore," which recently was published in the journal Popular Communication. The article looks at Netflix and the emergence of a nascent streaming industry, including the push into original programming. The article proposes categories of streaming lore and analyzes their relation to a growing streaming media industry.
