Austin Horng-En Wang's (Political Science) research on cognitive warfare and espionage was quoted by a testimony submitted to the German Bundestag. In this report, Wang documents how Chinese content firms may be used to influence the public opinion and electoral process in Taiwan through volume manipulation and disinformation.
