Aaraceli Hernandez's (Hospitality) co-authored article "Navigating the impact of technology anxiety on guest experience: the dynamic roles of organizational support" was recently published in the International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management. The research presented in the article investigates how psychological barriers, such as technology anxiety, shape the guest experience, given the widespread implementation of guest-facing technologies (GFT).
