Anthony Gatling, Cass Shum, Laura Book, and Billy Bai (all Hotel) are the authors of "The Influence of Hospitality Leaders’ Relational Transparency on Followers’ Trust and Deviance Behaviors: Mediating Role of Behavioral Integrity," which explains the effects of hospitality leaders' behavioral integrity.
