Doctoral student, Amanda Castelo Saragosa, along with Jason Flatt and Gabriela Buccini (all Social and Behavioral Health) published: Using concept mapping to co-create implementation strategies to address maternal-child food insecurity during the first 1,000 days of life. This peer-reviewed publication showcases the EARN-FS project and describes the process our research team used to engage our Maternal-Child West Las Vegas Community Advisory Board (WLV-CAB) to co-create implementation strategies to inform a multi-level intervention to address maternal-child food insecurity in the first 1,000 days.
