Aidy Weeks (Medicine; Libraries) has been elected to the el2026 Medical Library Association (MLA) Board of Directors. MLA is a global, nonprofit educational organization, with a membership of more than 2,500 institutions and professionals in the health information field. The Board of Directors serves as the governing body of MLA, representing the association members. Individuals are elected for a 3-year term by a direct vote of association members and help to define the strategic direction of the association.
