Third-year doctoral student Acacia Dorsey (Cultural Studies, International Education, and Multicultural Education) and third-year doctoral student Kamilah Bywaters (Early Childhood, Multilingual, and Special Education) presented, "Not Black Like Me: Perspectives/Experiences of Black Women Doctoral Scholars at a PWI When There Are No Faculty Who Look Like Me," at the 2022 Critical Race Studies in Education Association (CRSEA) conference at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
