Sundance 2024!
This year, Sundance runs from January 18-28, 2024.There will be three groups of students, each attending three days of the festival.
The Brenden Foundation covers the cost of lodging, but students will be responsible for purchasing a round-trip plane ticket, a festival pass and/or film tickets, and food while on the trip.
Applicants interested in attending must submit a narrative statement, samples of their work, and the name of a UNLV FILM mentor (professor or instructor) who has agreed to provide a reference.
All current undergraduates majoring or minoring in film (or alums who graduated in December 2022 or later) are eligible to apply, but preference will be given to juniors, seniors, and recent grads 21 years of age or older whose cumulative GPAs reflect high academic achievement.
