SUES is providing a new pricing structure for SUES-managed events which will affect UNLV and non-UNLV reservations. It will also provide better equity for department events than in the past. More information about our pricing tiers.
Department Classroom Reservations
Student Union & Event Services and the Office of the Registrar are happy to provide better support for department events in classroom spaces on campus. For department event requests in classroom spaces, use "Book Your Event" above. Learn more about the changes.
Events & COVID-19
At this time there are no capacity restrictions nor social distancing requirements for indoor and outdoor events. Food and beverages are allowed at events. The only requirement for events is that all persons must wear a mask if the event is indoors, unless actively eating or drinking. Masks are not required for outdoor events.
We all want our events to be as safe and enjoyable as possible. Please follow the guidance outlined above and be proactive in providing a safe environment for your guests. This may include the following:
Have hand sanitizer available for guests
Have extra masks available for guests
Have sanitizing wipes available for wiping down tables and high touch surfaces
Cut down touch points by having catering served or prepackaged
Design the room layout to allow for more space for those guests who may wish to social distance
UNLV Event Services offers a wide variety of venues to host your next conference, meeting, or event and is a certified One-Stop Shop by the Association of Collegiate Conference & Event Directors (ACCED-I).
One-Stop Shop certification makes event planning easy for clients, with one contract for all event-related needs, including venue reservations, equipment, food and beverages, labor, and housing accommodations. Read more about ACCED-I.
