UNLV to Transition to Workday Learning and Workday Performance

UNLV will transition from REBELearn and REBELPerform to Workday Learning and Workday Performance as part of a system-wide implementation led by NSHE. This transition aligns all NSHE institutions on a unified learning and performance management platform within the Workday suite.

Workday Learning and Workday Performance will integrate directly with existing Workday modules, provide automated updates tied to employee roles and status, and offer a familiar, streamlined interface. The shared platform will also allow institutions to leverage training content across NSHE, reducing duplication and strengthening collaboration.

UNLV’s implementation timeline includes pilot testing of Workday Learning in Q2 2026 and a campus rollout in Q3 2026. Workday Performance will follow in Q1 2027, after the contract for the current software, REBELPeople, ends in December 2026.

Additional updates will be shared as the project progresses. Questions about REBELearn or Workday Learning may be directed to Tomas Lee. Questions about REBELPerform or Workday Performance may be directed to Employee Relations at employeerelations@unlv.edu or 702-895-5984.
