The STEM Success iRDA may have the answer for you! The goal of our Interdisciplinary Research Development Area is to ignite collaboration across disciplines and build strong, innovative teams dedicated to advancing STEM education. Together, we aim to support the pursuit of transformative infrastructure and grant opportunities that align with UNLV’s mission — expanding access, promoting student success, and enriching the student experience.
The STEM Success iRDA presents new resources for grant-writing:
- Providing proposal preparation support including drafting of visual aids, peer-review, and professional technical editing;
- Facilitating access to curated institutional data and data visualizations;
- Assisting with identification of potential collaborators within other colleges;
- Coaching support towards attendance of agency office hours to better understand specific proposal requirements;
- Assisting with the writing of data management, sustainability, and outreach activities plans;
- Providing connections to existing outreach programs to complement proposal submissions.
