Faculty Researchers and physicians at UNLV Health and the Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine—in collaboration with researchers at UCLA, UCSD, UCSF, Stanford Medicine, and Kyoto University Hospital—are seeking eligible female adult volunteers aged 22 to 80 for a clinical research study.
Overactive bladder (OAB) is a common condition characterized by a sudden, frequent, or urgent need to urinate. This study aims to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of potential therapies to help manage OAB symptoms.
*Patients who have had prior vaginal mesh do not qualify for study*

Demographics: Female, ages 22 to 80

Symptom Duration: Diagnosed with or experiencing OAB symptoms for at least 6 months

Symptom Severity: Experiencing an average of at least one urge leak per day

Compliance: Able to attend scheduled study visits and complete brief patient diaries/questionnaire
