Reminder: Celebrate Ombuds Day With and Open House Hosted by the Ombuds Office Oct. 8

In celebration of Ombuds Day on Oct. 8, the Ombuds Office invites the UNLV community — students, faculty and staff — to an open house from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 8, in FDH 165.

Drop in as your schedule allows and enjoy coffee, treats and conversation about conflict, fairness and finding common ground while learning about the services the UNLV Ombuds Office has to offer.

Ombuds Day is celebrated internationally every second Thursday of October. It is a day dedicated to educating and raising awareness about the practices and history of the ombuds profession.

Play some of our games, have the opportunity to win prizes and add your voice to "The Fairness Wall."
