Reminder: Avoid Network Drive Changes July 31-Aug. 3

From 5 p.m. Friday, July 31, through 8 a.m. Monday, Aug. 3, IT will migrate the network file storage service to new hardware.

During this time, please avoid making changes to files or folders on the X: and Y: drives. These drives may be intermittently unavailable, and any changes made over the weekend, including moving or deleting files, may be lost.

To prevent data loss, save any needed work to your computer before editing.

This maintenance is required to improve reliability and performance. If you experience any issues connecting to the X: or Y: drives on Monday Aug. 3, please restart your computer, then contact the IT Help Desk if any issues persist.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to provide reliable, secure file storage.
