9/11 Day, in partnership with Three Square, is coming to Las Vegas and will be hosted at UNLV’s Thomas & Mack Center from 7:30 a.m. to noon on Thursday, Sept. 11, 2025.
Each year, the 9/11 Day non-profit organization visits cities across the country to pack meals for local families and individuals in need. This day of service honors the memory and sacrifice of those who lost their lives in the line of duty on 9/11.
UNLV staff, faculty, students, and alumni are needed to help pack meals, assist with set up/tear down, and for “day of” logistics to help people find their way and support the event.

Note, all volunteer opportunities are on a first-come-first-served basis, and the deadline to sign up for a volunteer shift is August 20, 2025.
