Professional Development Opportunities for Fall 2026

The Learning and Organizational Development team is offering two professional development opportunities this fall through Human Resources Professional Development’s (HRPD) Learning Launch and the Administrative Assistant Academy’s (AAA) Finding Balance series.

AAA: Finding Balance

The Administrative Assistant Academy’s Finding Balance series offers administrative assistants practical strategies to support personal and well-being. This supplemental series explores four dimensions of wellness: emotional, occupational, intellectual, and social. Participants will learn practical strategies to manage competing demands and create greater balance at work and beyond.

Giving Yourself Permission To…Find Balance in Change

This interactive RebelWELL session explores how change can affect well-being and how participants can adjust priorities during periods of transition. Participants will leave with practical strategies for managing priorities, protecting their well-being, and navigating change with greater intention.

HRPD: Learning Launch

Open to all employees, HRPD’s Learning Launch series provides practical strategies to support a respectful, inclusive, and productive workplace. The series focuses on small actions that can make a meaningful difference in how employees work, communicate and contribute.

ComPsych - Autonomy: Strengthening Your Ability to Work Independently

This ComPsych session explores the skills needed to work independently, take responsibility for decisions and actions, and develop greater autonomy in the workplace.
