New Groups Offered for Fall 2025 at Center for Individual, Couple, and Family Counseling

The Center for Individual, Couple, and Family Counseling (CICFC) is offering two new groups this fall 2025 semester. Our 8-week Relationship Skills Group will begin Thursday, Sept. 18, from 3 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. This weekly group will work on dating and relationship skills such as communication, conflict resolution, emotional regulation, and healthy attachment and boundaries. The group fee is $10/group, or a one time fee of $50/couple.

Our 8-week Food, Mind, and Body Group will begin on Wednesday, Sept. 24, and will be held at two different times (one online from 12:30 p.m. to 2 p.m., and one in person from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.). This group focuses on practical tools for eating and stress, the relationship between nutrition and mental/physical health, and mindful eating and goal setting. The group is free of charge.

These are open to UNLV students, faculty/staff, and the Las Vegas community. If you would like more information regarding fees, or to sign up for these groups, please call the CICFC at (702) 895-3106 or reach out via email at cicfc@unlv.edu.
