In early August, the network file storage service moved to new hardware to improve reliability and performance. As the final step in this work, the old hardware will be retired on Tuesday, Sept. 8.
If your X: or Y: drives are working normally: There’s nothing you need to do. Most students, faculty, and staff won’t notice a change.
If you have trouble accessing your X: or Y: drive on or after Sept. 8: Restart your computer and try again. If you still can’t access your files, please contact the IT Help Desk.
