Management Training Academy (MTA) Registration is Now Open

Human Resources invites current and aspiring managers to apply for the Spring 2026 Management Training Academy (MTA).

This eight-week program helps participants build essential management skills to strengthen team performance, productivity, and engagement.

MTA uses a blended learning approach that combines live in-person and virtual seminars, interactive exercises, educational videos, and online coursework. By the end of the program, participants will have developed a strong foundation for leading teams effectively.

This spring, one cohort will meet from 9 to 11 a.m. The academy will be primarily virtual, with three in-person sessions for added flexibility.

Completion of MTA remains a prerequisite for Leadership Pathways and Coaching Essentials.

Registration is now open. To sign up, please visit the UNLV Management Training Academy website.
