Due to an air conditioning issue, Lied Library will be closed on Tuesday, July 28, and will remain closed until the issue can be repaired. Updates will be posted on the University Libraries website.
Students who need a place to study on the Maryland Parkway campus are encouraged to visit the Teacher Development & Resource Library in the Carlson Education Building.
The Architecture Studies Library and Music Library will also be open, but are operating on Rebel Hours. Visitors should call ahead for access and must present their Rebel Card for admission.
If you need access to a computer, open computer labs are available at:
- BEH 114: 10 a.m.-4 p.m.
- CRC 228: 8 a.m.-2 p.m.
- SU 233: 9 a.m.-6 p.m.
- TBE A311: 9 a.m.-9 p.m.
Online chat will remain available for research assistance and general questions from 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
Items on hold may be picked up from 8 a.m.-noon at the Harmon Entrance. For questions about checking out materials or items you currently have checked out, please email library.access@unlv.edu.
Any library materials due during the closure will have their due dates extended to Monday, Aug. 3.
