The intersection of Tarkanian Way and Harmon Avenue will be closed to vehicle traffic on Friday, Oct. 10, from 6 a.m. to noon. Crews will test the soil as part of preparations to repave Tarkanian Way.
The portion of Tarkanian Way south of the Harmon Ave. intersection will remain open. During the closure, drivers traveling to and from Harmon should use the access road located behind the Thomas & Mack Center.
