Final Reminder: Professional Portrait Sessions Available for Full-time Faculty/Staff Jan. 15

Need a professional profile picture? UNLV Photo Services has opened up the next portraits session for faculty and staff:

Costs: Photo Sessions cost $50 and are only available to full-time faculty and staff. For billing, contact your unit's administrative assistant or finance manager first for approval for the charge and to get your account information. Sessions must be billed to a non-state funded Workday account number.

Location: Lied Library, 5th Floor

Date: Jan. 15, 2026

Sign up for your session through the portrait session scheduler.

If your desired session is full, check back closer to the date as there are often cancellations.

Can't make this session? Watch for the next announcement on UNLV Today or check the photo schedule periodically.

Note: These sessions are only open to UNLV faculty and staff.

About the process: After the session, you will receive access to a digital gallery of several images in the UNLV Photoshelter Archive. All of these images will be available to you for one month.

After one month, the gallery will be culled down to one image, which will remain in the archive permanently. If you have an image preference, please email photo@unlv.edu the image number. Otherwise, the first image in the gallery will remain in the archive for future university use.
