Fall Early Alert Progress Reporting for 100- and 200-Level Courses

Faculty teaching 100- and 200-level courses have the opportunity to participate in reporting Early Alerts Progress during Weeks 5-6 of the semester (Monday, Sept. 22–Thursday, Oct. 2). Led by the UNLV Student Success team, this initiative supports Top Tier Student Achievement by helping connect students with timely resources and outreach. It also supports ongoing faculty-student conversations about success in the course.

Eligible faculty will soon receive a direct link through Rebel Success Hub to submit progress reports, allowing them to flag academic concerns or share positive feedback. These reports generate tailored student notifications with links to resources, and in many cases, prompt personalized outreach from the Student Success team. In spring 2025, 176 faculty submitted 9,825 reports. Every student with a concern received automated outreach, and nearly 1,000 students received follow-up phone calls to ensure they were supported.
