Kundalini yoga is an ancient practice that helps balance your energy, align your chakras, and raise your vibration! Class will be led by certified Kundalini yoga instructor AAMAANRAA, this experience is designed to help you recharge and reconnect with yourself and your purpose.
As members of the UNLV community and changemakers, our energy is one of the most powerful tools we have. Taking care of our inner world allows us to show up stronger for our communities and the causes we care about.
No experience is needed, just come with an open mind and comfy clothes! Snacks will be provided.
