The UNLV Office of Postdoctoral Affairs (OPA)  is pleased to join the National Postdoctoral Association in celebrating National Postdoc Appreciation Week during the week of Sept. 15, 2025. 

OPA is hosting How to Write a Postdoctoral Scholar into a Grant on Sept. 11, 2025, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Gateway Building (Gather Conference Room) for faculty.

During the appreciation week, OPA will host the following events for postdocs: 

• Monday, 09/15/2025, 9:30AM PST: Postdoctoral Breakfast at the Student Union (Ballroom A & B)
• Wednesday, 09/17/2025, 12:00PM PST: Postdoctoral Networking Lunch at the UNLV Dining Commons
• Thursday, 09/18/2025, 3PM PST: Navigating Funding Opportunities: Strategies for Postdocs - Virtual via Zoom
