Call for Pre-Proposals for the FY2027 Federal Appropriations - Deadline Oct. 1

The Division of Research and the Office of Government and Community Engagement's Call for Pre-Proposals for the FY2027 Federal Appropriations submission deadline is October 1, 2025. If you plan to submit a proposal for the FY'27 cycle, use the Google Form to learn more and submit. A virtual Q&A session will be held on Sept. 25 at 1 p.m. (passcode 50793630). In advance of a Google Form submission, please view the mandatory webinar in the REBELearn Modules. The training is designed to provide participants with the necessary knowledge and procedures to navigate the appropriations request process successfully.

Last Year's FY26 Appropriations Request included the following:

  • Radiochemistry Education and Training - $2,200,000
  • Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) Instrument - $3,900,000
  • UNLV Instrumentation for Pathogen Detection in Water $2,000,000
  • Nursing Education Innovation - $2,398,000
  • Holocaust & Genocide Center $900,000
  • Transportation Data Integration and Analytics System $1,380,000
  • NVForward Registered Educator Apprenticeship Consortia $3,013,000
  • PARAVEC Enhancing Parasitology and Vector Biology Laboratory $1,983,000

GOED FY26 Appropriations Requests include the following:

  • Talent Retention Program UNLV StepUP & Start Up $4,530,000
