Dallas Leong (Accounting), Emi Leong (Entertainment Engineering and Design), and Matthew Dobbs (Journalism and Media Studies) will be traveling to Dallas this week with the UNLV Bowling Club for the sectional bowling competition. Numerous UNLV Students won awards at the Media Innovation Hackathon sponsored by the Beasley Media Group in collaboration with UNLV at the Consumer Electronics Show earlier this month. Forty undergraduates recently were awarded scholarships through the office of undergraduate research's summer undergraduate research funding (OUR SURF) program. These scholarships support undergraduate research, scholarship, entrepreneurial, performance, or visual art projects in the summer months.
