Local and national economic conditions will be the topic at the 1998-99 Economic Outlook Conference set for Dec. 15 at UNLV.

Sponsored by the university's Center for Business and Economic Research, the conference will include a review of current economic conditions and also forecasts for 1999 and 2000.

The conference will take place 8:30 - 11:30 a.m. in UNLV's Judy Bayley Theatre.

People wishing to attend must register before Dec. 15. Those registering will receive a copy of the publication "Economic Outlook 1999."
