Francine Lipman (Law) and Boyd Law alumnus Steven Reinecker ('24) co-authored an article entitled, "Current State of Wealth Taxes in America." In the article, Lipman and Reinecker explore wealth taxes in the United States, including the history of wealth taxes and notable positions in the current wealth tax debate.
