Ying Guo (Environmental and Global Health) was awarded a Community Champion Certificate from the national College on Problems of Drug Dependence conference in recognition of her community-based work with the Boys Town Nevada LIFT program. The program seeks to intervene in the lives of students before they suffer mental and behavioral health challenges or experience problems like substance abuse.
