Vidhani S. Goel, Roberto Sagaribay, Marinela Maskuti, Nadia Gomez, and Kavita Batra (all Medicine) presented at the Nevada Public Health Association Annual Conference held in Las Vegas from April 21-22, 2026. The presentation titled, Can’t Get There, Can’t Get Care: Transportation Insecurity and Prenatal Care Utilization in Nevada, examined the impact of transportation insecurity on access to prenatal care services across Nevada. Goel is an undergraduate researcher who has published nearly 20 peer-reviewed articles at the intersection of medicine and public health.
