Shih-Chun “Steven” Chien (Law) delivered an invited lecture, “Evidence, Narrative, and Ethics in the Era of Citizen Judges: Lessons from U.S. Criminal Trials for Prosecutorial Practice in Taiwan,” at the Taiwan Kaohsiung District Prosecutors Office. He also led a roundtable discussion with the office’s prosecutors on trial practice under Taiwan’s Citizen Judges Act.
