Seong-min Park and Stacey Clouse (both Criminal Justice), along with Logan Kennedy, '12 BA, '15 MA, and '19 PhD Criminal Justice, as well as Young-oh Hong (Korean Institute of Criminology), recently published a peer-reviewed article, "Pathways from Relative Deprivation to Individual Violence: The Effect of Subjective Perception and Emotional Resentment in South Korea" in the British Journal of Criminology. Through employing stepwise structural equation modeling, this study clarified the causational effect of economic deprivation on individual violence. Clouse is a Ph.D. student.
