Scott Abella (Life Sciences) has been awarded $100,000 from the U.S. Bureau of Land Management for two new research projects. One is titled "Stimulating Natural Regeneration of Native Desert Perennial Plants as a Minimum-Input Restoration Method for $49,999. The other is titled "Minimum-Input Restoration for Wildlife Habitat Enhancement for $49,996.
